ALL BOOKINGS MUST INCLUDE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT OF AT LEAST 21. WE APOLOGISE BUT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FOR SINGLE SEX PARTIES (except for adult only breaks) OR GROUPS UNDER 21.

 

The lead person hiring the caravan is responsible for all members of the party and must replace or pay for any losses/breakages or damage to the caravan or its contents during your stay.

 

Booking Conditions.

We ask for a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your break, this will be £50, £75 or £100 depending on which break you book, also due with the final payment/balance is a £100 returnable security bond, this will be returned to you within 7 days after the caravan has been inspected after your break.

We are happy to take instalments however frequent until the balance is paid in full, the balance needs to be paid in full 8 weeks before the start of the break, if for any reason the payment would be late please inform us asap, if the balance has not been paid & we have not been contacted with a suitable reason why we reserve the right to re let your caravan with no refund available to you.

 

Check In & Check Out Times.

Keys will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. If you arrive early you will be allowed onsite to use the facilities on resort while your holiday home is being made ready for you.

The caravan must be vacated by 10am Sharp on the day of departure so the caravan can be checked and cleaned ready for the next booking.

Keys are either to be collected from reception or found in the key safe at the caravan (full details will be confirmed to you in your final paperwork), if collected at reception please hand keys back into the security gate upon exit, if taken from key safe please return to key safe upon leaving, if any keys are lost the locks will need replacing at a cost of £85.

 

Caravan Upon Arrival/Departure.

The caravan is always cleaned for the next booking but we respectfully ask that you leave the holiday home in a clean and tidy condition, all crockery and glasses must be washed and put back, drink and food removed from cupboards, fridge/freezer etc. All rubbish must be taken to the refuse bins on site.

Your caravan should be in excellent condition on arrival but if any damage or loss is found on your arrival please contact Mark on 07977 828282 asap as you could be held responsible.

 

Bedding etc.

Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring with you duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels/tea towels, bedding however can be hired onsite, you will need to contact Butlins direct to arrange this.

Mattress protectors & pillow protectors are supplied on each bed, please do not remove them & please inform us if any become soiled, please do not dispose of them as they are expensive & you will be charged for them.

Please supervise any children with crayons/pens etc, please do not allow them to draw on walls, floors etc.

YOU WILL ALSO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIALIST CLEANING & IONISATION IF REQUIRED.

 

Smoking, Pets, BBQ’s, Behaviour etc.

We have a strict NO SMOKING & NO PETS rule in all of our caravans, please do not smoke out of the windows or doors, no pets/dogs are allowed, we also ask that BBQ’s are not used in the caravans or on the verandas of the caravans due to health & safety, we ask you to fully respect this.

Should any of these rules be broken you will be asked to leave with no refund on any days left.

Anyone causing a nuisance or unreasonable behaviour anywhere onsite may be asked to leave the park and would then lose the rest of their holiday and will not be reimbursed & could face a possible ban from the Butlins/Bourne Leisure Resorts, Butlins is a family park and we ask you to respect this.

 

Insurance.

We do not provide you with any holiday insurance and so recommend that you purchase your own if required in case you have to cancel or are unable to make your holiday, we do not accept liability for loss or damage to any personal items.

 

Your Party Details/data.

On booking a caravan with us you agree to allow us to share all your details with Butlins/Bourne Leisure as they will need all your party/group details to process your booking.


On certain adult breaks & over the Christmas & New Year periods/breaks Butlins will make additional security checks, i.e. that you are on the electoral register at the address you provide & that you are not on their banned/blacklist.


Please ensure that this is ok with you as Butlins reserve the right to cancel breaks with no warning & no refunds.

Your Caravan.

If in the unlikely event your accommodation should become unavailable due to events beyond our control, we would do our best to find another holiday home to the same specification or a full refund will be made.

We have no control over any changes on the entertainments programme and therefore cannot accept any liability for this.
